While these are some of the cherished traditions we strive to celebrate, our calendar often grows and changes with the seasons. We are a community-led group, and our celebrations rely on the time, talents, and hearts of our volunteers.
Sinulog
January
We honor the Santo Niño with traditional dance and drumbeats, celebrating the arrival of Christianity in the Philippines.
Lent & Pasyon
March - April
A time of deep reflection, often marked by the chanting of the Passion of Christ and communal prayer.
Flores de Mayo
May
A beautiful month-long devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, culminating in a procession where children offer flowers at the altar.
St. Francis & Pet Blessing
October
Bringing our beloved pets to the Shrine for a special blessing in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi.
Feast of San Lorenzo Ruiz
September
We honor the first Filipino saint and martyr each September, celebrating the resilience and courage of the Filipino faith.
Month of the Holy Rosary
October
Throughout October, we gather to pray the Rosary at the Shrine, reflecting on the mysteries of faith that connect our community to the "Birhen ng Fatima."
Undas
November
In the spirit of Undas, we come together to offer prayers and light candles in remembrance of our departed loved ones, ensuring their stories live on in our hearts.
Simbang Gabi
December
Our most anticipated tradition—a series of masses leading up to Christmas, celebrated with song, light, and traditional holiday treats.
